Platform service

Features, courses and assessments may evolve or temporarily pause. SmartCert and Ask Guru provide educational support and general information, not legal, immigration, medical or professional advice.

Certificates and official requirements

SmartCert certificates document platform completion and assessment results. They do not replace government licenses, accredited degrees, work authorization, immigration approval or employer verification, and do not guarantee an exam result, job, visa or license.

Accounts and conduct

Protect your account, provide truthful profile information, respect other members, and do not harass, impersonate, discriminate unlawfully, publish unlawful content, manipulate referral or reward systems or interfere with another person’s access.

Talent and hiring

Candidates choose whether to publish a career profile. Employers remain responsible for lawful, fair, human-reviewed recruiting, verification, interviews and employment decisions. SmartCert does not make hiring decisions.

AI and user content

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong; verify important decisions with official or qualified sources. You retain rights in content you submit and grant the limited permission needed to store, display, transmit, moderate and operate it within the service.

Community and rewards

Referral and Community points are platform utility records, not cash or guaranteed value. Eligibility and rules may change to prevent abuse.
