Information we process

Account email, display name, profile photo and settings, language preference, introducer, referral and reward activity, career track, target role, stage, skills, location and work preference you choose to publish, Community content, messages, Live Chat data and files you choose to upload.

Candidate control

Career profiles appear in Talent only when a learner chooses Open to work. Do not enter passport numbers, government identifiers, medical information or other sensitive personal data in public profile fields.

How information is used

To authenticate you, operate learning and career profiles, deliver Talent search, referrals, rewards, Community, messaging and AI features, protect the service and improve the experience. SmartCert does not use sensitive personal data for automated hiring decisions.

Service providers

Clerk supports authentication. OpenAI processes content you deliberately submit to Guru, live voice or opt-in image features. Hosting, database and object-storage providers process data required to operate the service.

Your choices

You can update your profile, turn Open to work off, control notification preferences and request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible account data through the published contact process.
